Job summary

CTS Group seeks an experienced Quality Lead to oversee QA/QC for a major hyperscale data centre in Kvandal, Norway. You will implement and manage the PQMS, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, and project specs while collaborating with construction, engineering, commissioning, and client teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) across the Kvandal project.
• Develop, review, and manage Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Method Statements, and Quality Control Procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality reviews across all project disciplines.
• Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and third-party inspectors.
