Job summary

CxS Nordics, part of the CTS Group, seeks a Quality & Compliance Manager to own and improve our quality and regulatory framework across international projects. You will develop, maintain, and audit the QMS, manage ISO standards (9001/14001/45001), and ensure compliance with Norwegian construction regulations while collaborating with management, project teams, and auditors.

This role offers exposure to complex data center and critical infrastructure projects and opportunities to visit

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, regulatory frameworks or governance.
• Experience from construction, engineering, high‑tech, industrial or complex project environments.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• Working knowledge of Norwegian laws, regulations and standards relevant to construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and English (written and spoken).
• Ownership of the quality and compliance function in an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System and related processes.
• Maintain ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems.
• Ensure policies align with legislation, regulations and standards.
• Maintain documentation, records and certifications for audits.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address findings.
