You will support day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, and recruitment processes, gaining exposure to an international HR function and cross-country collaboration. No prior HR experience is required; strong organization and discretion matter most.

Qualifications

• English fluency and basic MS Office skills are essential

Responsibilities

• HR administration and people data management
• Maintain employee records in the HR system
• Prepare standard documents such as contracts and addenda
• Pull simple reports and headcount overviews
• Keep HR process docs, checklists and templates tidy
• Post job adverts and manage the applicant tracking system
• Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones
• Support onboarding and internal communications
• Assist with employer branding activities
