Job summary

Ocean Installer in Stavanger, Norway, is seeking a motivated Quality Coordinator to join our international team delivering subsea and offshore projects. You will support project quality activities, coordinate documentation, and manage Inspection & Test Plans across all project phases.

You will track supplier quality, participate in audits, and help continuous improvement while interfacing with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in HSE, Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to work
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• An interest in quality assurance and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support project quality activities across all phases of project execution
• Coordinate and maintain quality documentation, records, and deliverables
• Manage Inspection & Test Plans, inspections, and verification activities
• Track supplier and subcontractor quality documentation
• Support audits, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Interface with project teams, suppliers and clients to ensure quality requirements are met
• Assist with doument reviews, certification verification and project handover documentation
