Job summary

Ocean Installer in Stavanger seeks a Quality Assurance Advisor to strengthen quality risk management, audits, and coordination of third-party QC inspection resources.

You will lead audits, support project teams, deliver QA training, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with clients and subcontractors to meet offshore project requirements. This is a on-site role based in Stavanger with global project exposure.

Qualifications

  • Lead Auditor qualifications and experience conducting audits.
  • Experience facilitating risk assessments and quality workshops.
  • Solid knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 principles.
  • Experience leading root cause analyses and driving corrective actions.
  • Preferably familiarity with SURF terminology, equipment, and offshore project processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality assurance support and guidance to project teams and the HSEQ function.
  • Drive quality risk management and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve quality objectives and resolve issues.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality performance monitoring.
  • Manage project audits, verifications, and follow-up activities.
  • Deliver QA training and promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
  • Manage and coordinate third party QC inspection resources in conjunction with Package Engineers.
