Job summary

Ocean Installer, a global marine construction company with offices in Oslo, is seeking a Graduate Planner to join our team. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience across all phases of project delivery in the offshore and subsea industry.

Start date August 2027, based in Oslo. You will learn to develop and maintain schedules, monitor progress, forecast, and report on projects while collaborating with operations, support, and document control teams.

Qualifications

• Master's student in 2027 in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Structured approach and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project and tender schedules.
• Identify critical activities and long-lead items to ensure delivery.
• Monitor project progress, forecast and prepare project reporting.
• Coordinate between operation and support departments to analyse project performance data.
• Review schedules from subcontractors to ensure the required level of detail.
• Support the implementation and use of project and contract management systems.
• Work closely with the Document Control team to ensure accurate tracking of project documentation.
• Monitor and analyse Daily Progress Reports during offshore execution activities.
• Participate in planning meetings and contribute to continuous improvements in planning processes and tools.
