Omega 365 Consulting is seeking a Project QHSE Lead to ensure effective QHSE management across project execution, ensuring compliance with standards and contractual requirements. The role drives a proactive quality and safety culture among project teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent, 5–8 years in QHSE within oil & gas or related industries, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001. Fluency in English is expected.

The Project QHSE Lead is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management requirements throughout project execution. The role shall ensure compliance with contractual requirements, applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and the One Management System while driving a proactive quality and safety culture across project teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
Promote awareness and implementation of the One Management System and project QHSE requirements across the project team.
Drive a strong QHSE culture by integrating QHSE considerations into project activities, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Develop, implement, maintain, and communicate project QHSE plans and documentation in accordance with contractual, project-specific, and company requirements.
Coordinate and monitor quality inspection activities, third-party inspections, supplier ITP, and related reporting.
Coordinate and monitor Mechanical Completion readiness activities, including scope preparation, status reporting, and punch list management, ensuring project requirements are met prior to handover.
Facilitate audits, reviews, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
Manage non-conformances, deviations, and concessions, ensuring effective resolution and close-out.
Prepare and deliver project QHSE performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Support, coach, and train project personnel in QHSE processes, tools, and systems
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Industrial Management, or related technical discipline
Minimum 5–8 years of QHSE experience within Oil & Gas, Subsea, Offshore, EPC/EPCI or manufacturing industries
Experience supporting project execution, supplier quality, inspections, audits, non-conformance management and mechanical completion activities
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 4501 management systems
Extensive experience in a QHSE position can compensate the lack of education

Structured, proactive and results-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital quality management systems
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
