Job summary

Ocean Installer is seeking a motivated Quality Coordinator to support delivery of complex subsea and offshore projects. You will help ensure quality across all phases, coordinate documentation, and track Inspection & Test Plans with suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Support project quality activities across all phases of project execution.
• Coordinate and maintain quality documentation, records, and deliverables.
• Manage Inspection & Test Plans, inspections, and verification activities.
• Track supplier and subcontractor quality documentation.
• Support audits, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interface with project teams, suppliers and clients to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Assist with document reviews, certification verification and project handover documentation.
