Job summary

Taptap Send is hiring a hands-on BizOps professional to own end-to-end operations for the Business product. You will work across Product, Data, Engineering and Compliance to build best-in-class support for a rapidly growing product line across emerging markets.

This role is based in London and requires high autonomy and ownership. You will design AI-native workflows, drive retention, and manage the support budget as the product scales.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
• Experience in B2B account management, customer success or business operations for a SME product.
• Ability to own end-to-end problems and ship improvements.
• Comfortable building and iterating AI-native workflows and automations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and run best-in-class support for the Business product, end to end.
• Identify unhappy paths, automate solutions and collaborate with product to scale fixes.
• Design, maintain AI-native workflows that reduce manual effort and scale operations.
• Own launches from readiness to a steady, automated state; set QA, KPIs and playbooks.
