Job summary

LHV Bank Limited is expanding its UK Retail Banking proposition and seeks an experienced product manager to own and evolve multiple journeys from onboarding to transactions within a small product team.

You will translate customer needs, regulatory requirements and technical constraints into clear decisions, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance and Operations to deliver customer-ready journeys with measurable impact. Hybrid role in London/Leeds.

Qualifications

• Strong product management capability across prioritisation, planning, requirements, delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Sound judgement balancing customer, commercial, regulatory and technical considerations.
• Ability to learn quickly, resolve ambiguity and find answers independently.
• Experience in UK financial services and understanding of customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shape, deliver and continuously improve the UK Retail Banking Proposition.
• Own assigned product areas from problem definition through launch, support and optimisation.
• Define customer problems, outcomes, scope and success measures for initiatives.
• Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria for Engineering, Design and vendor partners.
• Communicate decisions, dependencies, risks and progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
