  • Create technical solutions and prototypes; perform risk assessments, simulations, and testing (including FMEA)
  • Support development of mock‑ups, CAD files, and other key engineering documentation
Production Readiness & Support
  • Assist with production start‑up and collaborate with sourcing and manufacturing teams
  • Serve as technical liaison and product owner during supplier and tooling discussions
  • Conduct site visits to suppliers and toolmakers to resolve feasibility and manufacturing challenges

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Stokke engineering guidelines
  • Research new materials, technologies, and sustainability practices
  • Provide technical input on ongoing product lifecycle improvements and operational projects

  • Work closely with cross‑departmental colleagues throughout the innovation pipeline
  • Maintain strong communication with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Support continuous improvement of the innovation process and documentation standards

You are a hands‑on, curious, and dedicated engineering professional with a passion for quality and innovation. You thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and are committed to developing products that bring meaningful value to families worldwide. You bring analytical rigor and creative problem‑solving to every challenge and enjoy being part of a mission‑driven, global team.

  • Open‑minded and pragmatic approach to engineering problem‑solving
  • Flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a continuously improving environment
  • Strong consumer and business‑centric focus
  • Collaborative mindset and cross‑functional teamwork orientation
