Prysmian Group is seeking a Process Engineer for the Drammen site to lead initiatives that improve operational performance across manufacturing and logistics. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma and 6S projects, optimize line utilization, and ensure processes meet specifications while collaborating with R&D and regional engineers.

The role requires a technical engineer degree and 3-5 years of cable production experience, with strong IT skills and English proficiency.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in cable production.
• Knowledge of rubber production and medium voltage preferred.
• Strong implementation and communication skills; good IT literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize line utilization and process parameters to improve efficiency.
• Ensure production follows approved process parameters from CA.
• Collaborate with R&D to validate/process parameters in specs.
• Analyze and implement improvements based on OEE data.
• Own the Continuous Improvement roadmap for Drammen operations and logistics.
