Job summary

Avantor's VWR division in Oslo seeks a dedicated Product Specialist to drive direct sales and marketing of PPE and control environment services across Norway. Hybrid work from the Oslo HQ with regular customer visits.

You will build on relationships with existing customers and develop new partnerships, manage demos, events, and pricing with suppliers, and collaborate with the local Sales team to hit personal targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Previous sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in Norwegian and English.
• Good IT skills; familiarity with CRM/ERP advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license B.

Responsibilities

• Sell the product portfolio and branded PPE and control environment services.
• Initiate sales activities through advisory, product demos and client visits; participate in events.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new partnerships.
• Collaborate with manager on budgeting to meet sales targets.
• Work with suppliers on pricing and product questions to offer best solutions.
• Support and guide the local Sales team.
