Job summary

Avantor's VWR unit in Oslo is seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to drive direct sales and marketing of PPE and control environment services to private and public life science customers across Norway. You will manage existing relationships, build new partnerships, perform product demos and attend events, with regular customer visits and travel.

The role is full-time, hybrid, based at VWR’s Oslo headquarters, and requires Norwegian and English proficiency, a chemistry-related degree, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Previous sales experience is required (Norwegian/English).
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Sell PPE and control environment services to customers across Norway.
• Lead advisory conversations, product demos and client visits.
• Participate in trade fairs, seminars and courses.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers; build new partnerships.
• Collaborate on pricing with suppliers and budgeting with management.
• Support local sales team with guidance and market insights.
