Job summary

PeakNet in Oslo, Norway, is seeking a Sales Associate to promote and sell our products to potential clients. The role focuses on increasing revenue, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service through effective communication and negotiation.

The position is full-time with a starting salary of 1300 USD per month. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Norwegian citizens, and comprehensive training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to build productive business relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing time management skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyse the markets, potential, track sales and status reports.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends; continuously improve through feedback.
