- Ability to publish conceptual, theoretical, or methodological contributions in high-ranking outlets.
- Fluent oral and written English communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop, formalize, and publish the Action-Oriented Modeling template.
- Validate the template empirically through action research and participatory design methods.
- Define governance principles for model ownership across contexts.
- Coordinate collaboration between core development team, implementation partners, and local stakeholders.
