Qualifications
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- European Union passport valid (mandatory).
- Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and digital entertainment platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Previous back-office or customer relations experience is a plus for this Bulgaria role.
Responsibilities
- Manage back-office admin tasks tailored to gaming account integrity and platform security.
- Provide Polish-speaking player support ensuring a premium esports experience.
- Monitor real-time gaming activity to identify and elevate irregularities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical inquiries about platform functionality.
- Maintain documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Contribute to developing internal support processes to enhance the gaming user journey.
- Stay updated on Gaming & Esports market trends to assist a diverse player base.
