Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group in Sofia is seeking a Polish Speaking Player Support Specialist to join a fast-growing Gaming & Esports team. You will provide world-class support to Polish-speaking players across multiple platforms and help resolve in-game issues, payments, and account security concerns.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on patch notes, and contribute to the internal knowledge base while delivering an engaging player experience with strong communication

Qualifications

• Polish language fluency (spoken and written).
• EU passport valid (mandatory).
• Professional English proficiency (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class technical and account support to Polish-speaking players across gaming platforms.
• Troubleshoot in-game issues, payments, and account security concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of Gaming & Esports trends to assist the player community.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report bugs or performance issues.
