Otee is looking for a Backend Developer (Platform & Reliability) to join our team. You will build and maintain backend services that integrate our platform's data layer and external interfaces using Go and/or Python. The role requires strong experience in backend development and system design, aiming for a 99.95% availability target.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience, with significant time spent on architecture and system design.
• Has designed and operated multiple microservices in production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services for the platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions with the backend team.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliability.
