Job summary

Agoda is seeking an Engineering Manager, Backend/Data to lead a high-performing team building scalable backend and data platforms. You will guide design and development of distributed systems, data pipelines, and high-throughput services with focus on reliability and security.

You will own production systems, mentor engineers, and drive fintech-related platform capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams
• Strong backend and data platform experience
• Fintech/payments systems familiarity is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration
