Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Planner to join our team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects Kvandal North in Norway. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will support development, monitoring and maintenance of project programmes throughout the project lifecycle.

This site-based role requires close collaboration with project management, engineering and construction teams to monitor progress, update schedules and report on milestones to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project; strong MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support development, monitoring and maintenance of project programmes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, update project schedules, identify programme risks and provide accurate reporting to support delivery.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering and construction teams on site in Norway.

CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced Planner to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects Kvandal North in Norway.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will support the development, monitoring and maintenance of project programmes throughout the project lifecycle, helping to ensure successful delivery against key milestones and client expectations.

This is a site-based role where you will work closely with project management, engineering and construction teams to monitor progress, update project schedules, identify programme risks and provide accurate reporting to support the successful delivery of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 1-5 years' experience in project planning within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments
• Previous Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage
• Basic understanding of project planning methodologies, construction sequencing and scheduling principles
• Experience supporting the development and maintenance of project programmes
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with good Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to monitor project progress and support programme reporting
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client representatives
• Fluent English essential
• Willingness to work on site in Norway
