Job summary

CTS Group is recruiting two HSE Advisors for Data Centre projects in Kvandal North, Norway. The role is site-based and involves ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance across operations on hyperscale developments.

You will conduct inductions, toolbox talks, inspections and safety observations while engaging with project teams and subcontractors to uphold CTS Group’s safety culture and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC or ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification desirable.
• 3–5 years' experience in a site-based HSE role within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Fluent English essential; knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable.

x2 HSE Advisor (Data Centres)

CTS Group is currently recruiting three experienced x2 HSE Advisors (Data Centres) to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Kvandal North, Norway.

The Role

Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across site operations.

This is a hands‑on, site‑based role where you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and local legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or a related discipline
• NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification desirable
• 3–5 years' experience in a site‑based HSE role within construction, industrial or mission‑critical environments
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations
• x2 HSE Advisors (Data Centres) with experience carrying out site inspections, audits and safety observations
• Ability to deliver inductions, toolbox talks and engage positively with site teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive approach with the confidence to challenge unsafe behaviours
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and digital HSE reporting systems
• Fluent English essential
• Previous experience on Data Centre projects would be a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable
