Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks an experienced Automation and BMS/EMS Engineer for a regulated pharmaceutical production facility in Oslo. You will maintain, program, and optimize critical control systems, with focus on Siemens/Rockwell PLCs, Honeywell EBI, and validated environmental monitoring.

The role requires deep knowledge of PLCs, building automation, and GxP compliance, plus fluency in Norwegian for regulatory communications and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of engineering experience in validated pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs, BMS/EMS, and validated environmental monitoring.
• Knowledge of GxP, GAMP5, data integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Program, maintain, and optimize Siemens/Rockwell PLCs and HMIs for manufacturing equipment.
• Operate Honeywell EBI and validated FMS for environmental control and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and document IQ/OQ validation activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams in Norwegian and English.
