Job summary

Hill's Pet Nutrition in Western Norway (Bergen) seeks a Territory Manager to grow the business across ~100 veterinary clinics and specialty pet stores. You will train clinicians and store staff, present products, and develop sales opportunities for Hill’s Prescription Diet, Science Plan and VetEssentials.

Reporting to the Country Field Sales Manager, you will craft annual plans, attend events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market success during a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Relevant training or experience as a veterinarian/nurse.
• Sales and business development experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of veterinary clinics and pet stores in the territory.
• Provide professional support including detailing, in-clinic seminars and training.
• Plan and execute annual joint business plans with key partners.
• Schedule regular business reviews with decision makers to assess results.
