Job summary

DAT-Schaub is seeking a commercially driven Sales Representative to develop and strengthen our business in Norway, based in Oslo. You will be the primary contact for customers in your territory, spend time in the market visiting customers, understand their business and ensure professional follow-up of opportunities and agreements.

You will collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver high-quality service and drive growth in the Norwegian meat

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and CRM
• Experience from the meat/food ingredients/casing industry
• Established network in Norwegian meat industry or ability to build one
• Independent, structured and professional in customer interactions
• Comfortable with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
• Drive sales activities across the Norwegian market
• Identify opportunities for growth, upselling and product development
• Present and sell DAT-Schaub's products and solutions
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to the organisation
• Ensure accurate follow-up on orders, deliveries and commercial agreements
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations
• Maintain relevant customer and activity data in CRM systems
