Wilhelmsen Port Services in Lysaker, Norway, is seeking a People & Organisational Performance Specialist to join the Culture & Organizational Development team. You will help strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee experience, foster a high-performance culture, and support organizational transformation across our global business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on HR/OD experience.
• Experience in global/international environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver initiatives related to culture, organizational development, learning, leadership, and employee engagement.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of people and HR processes.
• Coordinate and support leadership development and learning programs, including communication, tracking, and impact evaluation.
• Contribute to change management activities linked to global projects and organizational initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on people, culture, and organizational development topics.
• Help drive the adoption and effective use of digital HR tools and platforms.
• Explore and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions within HR, including learning, recruitment, process automation, and employee insights.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, improve employee experience, and support informed decision-making.

We are looking for a People & Organizational Performance Professional to join our Culture & Organizational Development team. In this role, you will help drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee experience, foster a high-performance culture, and support organizational transformation across our global business.

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience within HR, organizational development, learning, talent, or people-related processes
• Experience working in a global or international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A structured and solution-oriented approach, with a continuous improvement mindset
• An interest in digital HR solutions, people analytics, and emerging AI technologies
• The ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and geographical locations
