Job summary

Wilhelmsen Port Services is seeking a People & Organisational Performance Professional to join our Culture & Organizational Development team in Lysaker, Norway. You will drive leadership development, enhance employee experience, and support international transformation initiatives.

You will partner with stakeholders across functions and locations, leverage digital HR tools, and apply data-driven insights to strengthen culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR, organisational development, learning or related people processes.
• Experience in global or international environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver initiatives related to culture, organisational development, learning, leadership, and employee engagement.
• Contribute to design, implementation, and continuous improvement of people and HR processes.
• Coordinate and support leadership development and learning programs, including communication, tracking, and impact evaluation.
• Contribute to change management activities linked to global projects and organizational initiatives.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on people, culture and organizational development topics.
• Help drive adoption and effective use of digital HR tools and platforms.
• Explore and support AI-driven HR solutions including recruitment, learning, and insights.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and improve employee experience.

What you'll be doing

• Support and deliver initiatives related to culture, organizational development, learning, leadership, and employee engagement

What we're looking for

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience within HR, organizational development, learning, talent, or people-related processes
• Experience working in a global or international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A structured and solution-oriented approach, with a continuous improvement mindset
• An interest in digital HR solutions, people analytics, and emerging AI technologies
• The ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and geographical locations
