Job summary

Wilhelmsen Ships Service is recruiting a Sales Advisor in the Nordic team to build strong customer relationships and guide purchasing decisions across the maritime sector.

You will engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, delivering commercial and technical guidance while driving growth and ensuring a seamless service experience.

  • Fluency in English and Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language) written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your account portfolio.
  • Understand customer needs and provide commercial and technical guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help customers make informed purchases.
  • Turn enquiries into opportunities through timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve challenges and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage and follow up complaints through established improvement processes.
  • Process high-value enquiries and orders while keeping customers informed.
  • Participate in the duty phone rotation approximately 3 to 4 days per month.

  • Process high-value enquiries and orders while keeping customers informed throughout the delivery process
  • You will participate in the duty phone rotation approximately 3 to 4 days per month
