IKEA Norway is seeking a Country P&C Location Operational Services Manager to lead the P&C Operations team across recruitment, payroll, people administration and people data services. You will oversee a team of 10 co-workers and collaborate with local P&C teams and GBO to deliver a seamless co-worker experience.

• Ability to navigate an international environment and communicate in English and Norwegian.
