IKEA in Norway is looking for a People & Culture Operations Manager who leads the P&C Operations team and ensures quality, compliance and continuous improvement across Norway.

You will manage 10 co-workers, coordinate with local P&C colleagues and GBO, and shape services to create a seamless co-worker experience.

This role sits on the Norway P&C Leadership Team and requires strong leadership in a complex, international environment with English and Norwegian fluency.

Formación

• Experience in People & Culture or HR with a track record in service delivery.
• Experience coordinating across stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Ability to lead in a complex international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 10 P&C specialists across recruitment, payroll, and people data.
• Provide clear direction, supportive leadership, and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, compliance, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of ways of working.
• Support implementation of new initiatives and services.
• Build strong partnerships with local managers and GBO teams.
• Contribute to shaping the P&C agenda in Norway as a leadership team member.
