Job summary

Strawberry is seeking a Conference Staff Member to support a busy Edge Hotel conference environment in Tromsø. You will be the face of the meetings, ensuring guests have a smooth experience from arrival to wrap-up, with a focus on service and technical readiness.

• Experience in hospitality or events is a plus.
• Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting basic AV/IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for devices, Wi-Fi, projectors and cameras.
