Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records of rooms, reservations, and guest info.
• Manage supplies and amenities inventory for guest rooms.
• Schedule and oversee concierge staff, create weekly rosters.
• Train new concierge staff on policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily expenses to help maintain budget.
• Collaborate with management to improve guest satisfaction.
