As a Full-Time Concierge in Oslo, Norway, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to guests of our hotel or residential building. Your duties will include managing guest requests and inquiries, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions and events, coordinating transportation, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. You will also be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the local area, including restaurants, shops, and other points of interest. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
