PrimeDefense USA, a luxury hotel in Oslo, is seeking a Concierge Assistant to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, arrange reservations and transportation, and collaborate with hotel staff to fulfill guest requests.

The role requires excellent English communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's facilities and services
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Make reservations for activities such as dining, spa treatments, and tours
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Keep an updated record of guest preferences to personalize their experience during future visits
