Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs).
• Fluent in English.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in process.

• Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation as requested by guests.
• Arrange for special requests such as room decorations or gifts.
• Maintain knowledge of upcoming events and activities in the city.
