Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE is seeking a friendly Concierge Assistant to support our guests at our Oslo desk. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.

This role requires fluent English, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless experience, with on-site work including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in.
• Provide recommendations and assist with reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized concierge desk and assist with admin tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend training on local events and attractions.
• Support with daily duties as directed by Concierge Manager.
