Job summary

HRF is seeking a Norway Producer based in Oslo to support planning and execution of the 2027 Oslo Freedom Forum. The role focuses on on-the-ground transportation, wayfinding, staffing, volunteers, and local partnerships to deliver a seamless experience for speakers, guests, partners, and staff.

The ideal candidate has significant experience producing complex events in Oslo, with strong knowledge of the local vendor and events landscape, and the ability to anticipate operational needs and adapt

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in event production or operations.
• Proven ability to plan multi-venue events with many stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Oslo's venues, transport, and local suppliers.
• Strong problem solving and ability to adapt under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-the-ground transportation, wayfinding, staff and volunteers.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive wayfinding strategy.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, assignments and role descriptions.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers and provide training material.
• Identify venues, vendors, suppliers, and local resources.
• Troubleshoot operational issues during the Forum to ensure smooth delivery.
