Job summary

Le Pacte in Oslo seeks a Production Manager to lead production and technical execution of brand experiences and large-scale events. You will translate ideas into well-built productions, coordinate with project managers, creative teams and suppliers, and ensure delivery to high quality on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in event production, brand activations, exhibitions or similar.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods and temporary structures.
• Ability to coordinate suppliers, fabricators and technical teams.
• Experience with live events, builds or installations.
• Structured, solution-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Enjoy working in a diverse project landscape.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating production suppliers and technical partners
• Translating creative ideas into practical production solutions
• Planning and overseeing build-ups, installations and dismantling
• Preparing technical drawings, layouts and production documentation
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality
• Supporting project managers in the execution phase of projects
• Maintaining and expanding our network of production suppliers
• Contributing production expertise during the planning and concept phases
