Job summary

Nscale is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Specialist for Oslo to manage end‑to‑end logistics, procurement, and inventory workflows across Norway. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, site managers, and local vendors to ensure on‑time, within‑budget deliveries for data centre operations.

You will handle customs, vendor management, and inventory control while collaborating with technical, site operations, and finance teams to optimize processes and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of practical experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, procurement, or inventory management within Norway
• Degree or vocational certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Practical experience with ERP systems and ticketing/inventory tools
• Solid knowledge of Norwegian import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills for tracking shipments and reviewing supplier invoices

Responsibilities

• Logistics & shipment coordination: plan, schedule, and track freight inbound and outbound to Oslo headquarters and regional sites
• Procurement support & PO management: issue POs, review confirmations, track delivery dates and delays
• Vendor & supplier management: engage with logistics providers and hardware vendors, assess lead times and pricing
• Inventory & asset tracking: maintain records, reconcile stock levels across locations
• Customs & import/export compliance: handle shipping docs and VAT declarations for shipments entering Norway
• Cross-department collaboration: align with internal technical, site operations, and finance teams to manage hardware needs and invoicing
