Job summary

Nscale is seeking an Operations Lead based in our Oslo office to take full responsibility for national operations across Norway. You will oversee vendor networks, facilities, and compliance, building standardized nationwide operational frameworks compliant with Norwegian regulations and HMS requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations leadership, site operations, or operational management within Norway.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Economics, or related field.
• Deep understanding of the Norwegian Working Environment Act (Arbeidsmiljøloven) and HMS regulations.
• Fluent Norwegian and English for regulatory bodies and corporate reporting.

Responsibilities

• National Operations Oversight: manage day-to-day operations across Norwegian sites and teams; establish SOPs nationwide.
• Regulatory & Compliance Leadership: structure and audit site-level compliance; enforce HMS routines and working-hour models.
• Oslo Hub to Regional Site Coordination: act as central operational bridge between Oslo and regional leads.
• Vendor & Procurement Management: manage local and national vendor relationships, facility contracts, logistics, and budgets.
• Risk & Emergency Management: develop nationwide incident response and business continuity frameworks.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: track KPIs and report to executive leadership.
