Carhartt WIP is opening a new store in Oslo. We are seeking a Supervisor (m/f/x) to lead the store team and deliver excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication, team collaboration, and selling skills to meet revenue targets.

The successful candidate will speak Norwegian and English fluently, enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, and be ready to uphold the brand's standards in presentation and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industries.

• Understanding of our customer base and expectations.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the team to achieve high customer service and performance.
• Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer queries.
• Oversee store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Hold keys, open/close the store, and handle cash procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and effective cross-department communication.
