Job summary

Carhartt WIP is opening a new store in Oslo and is seeking a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) to join full time. You will deliver excellent customer service, tell our brand story, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Fluent in Norwegian with good English, you will thrive in a fast-paced team, maintain store standards, assist customers, and learn product knowledge to build consumer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Fluent in Norwegian and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met.
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed.
• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look.
• To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers.
