Job summary

John Menzies is seeking an Operations Planning and Administration professional in Garder, Norway, to manage rosters and workforce plans, forecast resource needs, and oversee assets and equipment. Role Purpose

The Operations Planning and Administration role is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of operational services through workforce planning, operational administration, asset management, and operational support activities.

The role provides ownership of short-term and long-term workforce planning, roster management, uniform administration, inventory control, resource coordination, and operational reporting. The position also provides operational support across TRC, Load Control, and Duty Management functions as required, contributing to operational efficiency, resource optimization, cost control, and operational resilience.

What you will be doing

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term operational rosters and workforce plans.

• Maintain accountability for operational devices, equipment, and asset inventories.
• Provide support to TRC operations during periods of operational demand.
