Job summary

Quatra is a European leader in the collection and processing of used cooking oil. We seek an Operations Manager Norway to run day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure we deliver on our promises to customers from our Norwegian base in Sannidal.

You will manage and optimise daily collection and delivery across Norway, develop the team, build strong customer relationships in hospitality and food, ensure ISCC compliance, and liaise with Group headquarters in Lokeren.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in an operational leadership role (operations manager, site manager, plant manager or similar).
• Experience in logistics, waste management, circular economy, or a related industry.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Strong focus on service quality and efficiency.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Based in Sannidal area, willing to travel occasionally to HQ (Lokeren, Belgium).

We're growing fast and we're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run our Norwegian operations.

The Role

As Operations Manager Norway, you run the day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure we deliver on our promises to customers. Our headquarters in Norway are located in Sannidal.
