We are looking for a Manager, Customer Acquisition & Growth to lead the development of our sales channels and commercial partnerships in Norway, driving growth through strong commercial execution, customer insight and data-driven decision making.
As the Nordic region’s most chosen electricity provider, Fortum has ambitious plans for continued growth in both existing and new markets. In Norway, you will play a key role in making that happen. As Manager, Customer Acquisition & Growth, you will be responsible for developing our sales channels and partnerships and driving commercial performance across our B2B business. A key part of the role is to continuously develop how we reach and serve customers as their needs and expectations change.
You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Business, Digital and Analytics. Digitalization, data and AI are central to our strategy, and you will help turn these capabilities into meaningful improvements for our customers and our business.

Norway is your primary market, but you will be part of a Nordic team working closely together. We share experience, challenges and ideas and look for opportunities to develop solutions together. You will take part in Nordic leadership gatherings and travel when needed to meet partners and colleagues. Our growing businesses in markets such as Poland and Spain also give us new perspectives and opportunities to learn - and to share what works well in our own markets.
We’re looking for someone with solid commercial experience who combines a strong customer perspective with the ability to turn ideas and opportunities into results.
