Responsibilities

• Plan site setup to move labour, plant and materials efficiently.
• Plan routes and staging areas for vehicles, machinery and people.
• Pre-plan asset usage to meet program needs.
• Create procedures and method statements for logistics.
• Organise site inductions and maintain records.
• Produce daily, weekly and long-term movements plans.
