Job summary

NSC Global is seeking Level 1 Field Service Technicians to deliver on-site technical support for customer systems. You will troubleshoot, repair and replace hardware at client sites, maintaining clear communication and accurate service records.

The role requires the ability to meet SLAs, document steps, and work with approved procedures. A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle are expected for travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 1 technical support or similar customer-facing IT support role.
• Strong understanding of PC, laptop hardware and components.
• Familiarity with operating systems, BIOS, drivers, and basic networking principles.
• Ability to document troubleshooting steps clearly and follow structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites within agreed service windows and complete interventions to standard.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, hardware repair and component replacement.
• Validate warranty status, asset ID and findings before repairs.
• Apply diagnostic tools and document results; update service records and sign-off with customer.
