Job summary

Work Life Group is building a team of IT Support Technicians for an end-user laptop deployment project across multiple NATO locations in Europe. The role focuses on end-user and deskside support, not infrastructure engineering.

Assignments are available at different NATO sites and project weeks. You may apply for one location or several, with travel and accommodation handled separately where needed.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret clearance required.
• L1/L2 IT support, Desktop/Deskside support, EUC or Service Desk experience.
• Onsite end-user support across NATO locations.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and login issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support during laptop deployment.
• Assist users with login issues and basic device problems.
• Support deployment across multiple NATO sites and schedules.
• Coordinate travel/assignment periods as needed.
