Job summary

Broadwick is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our London team. You will oversee day-to-day event operations at iconic venues and ensure flawless delivery from planning through post-event review.

Ideally you have 2+ years in event operations, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead on-site teams, liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors while maintaining health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of event operations experience.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem solve quickly.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Experience briefing contractors and suppliers.
• Knowledge of health & safety and licensing requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead on logistical planning for allocated events to ensure successful delivery.
• Produce event documentation including risk assessments and staffing plans.
• Manage onsite teams during live events (FOH, BOH, security, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with licences, risk controls and space policies.
• Post-event reporting and debriefs with clients and suppliers.
• Assist in day-to-day running of the space and developing internal processes.
