Job summary

CTS Nordics seeks a disciplined Logistics Manager to support data center construction projects in Norway. You will oversee daily site logistics, access routes, and room readiness, coordinating with subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams to maintain safety, quality, and progress.

The role requires 5+ years of on-site experience, a construction or engineering background, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site experience on construction projects.
• Bachelor's or technical diploma in construction or engineering.
• Experience with logistics coordination, room readiness or snagging is a strong advantage; good English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site logistics including deliveries, storage areas, waste handling, and internal access routes.
• Ensure clear access to work fronts and proper zoning of site areas.
• Coordinate snagging activities across CSA and MEP disciplines.
• Verify room readiness before installations and system handovers.
• Work closely with subcontractors, quality, HSE, and commissioning teams.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence, ensuring cleanliness, structure, and discipline.
